What are Panko Japanese Breadcrumbs (ン 粉)?

Japanese breadcrumbs (Panko) is a dry, crispy and toasted bread with a light color, whose kernel is used for frying a variety of proteins and vegetables. The coarse and crispy texture of the breadcrumbs powder is very special and noticeable and gives a sense of crispiness to the fried food.
